How It Works

Let's start with a phone chat. This gives us both a chance to see if caregiver support is the right fit for your situation. Sometimes, if you or your child are dealing with specific mental health challenges, services provided by our providers would be a great option.

The best part? IIf you like services can be provided online, virtually. Join from your couch, your office, or even your parked car (we won't judge). All you need is:

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A device with a camera (phone, computer, or tablet)

  • A private space to talk

You're not locked into anything. Some parents see us once and get exactly what they need. Others check in monthly or weekly. It's completely up to you.

Important Details

Let's be clear about a few things:

  • This is a separate service from psychotherapy

  • Insurance doesn't cover these support sessions

  • Got a child with a diagnosed condition who's working with a MAC provider? You might qualify for covered parenting support if we can collaborate with their provider and the assigned case manager/service facilitator/care coordinator.

Think of this as your parenting toolkit upgrade - practical support when you need it, how you need it.
